Mr. Gills is the Chief Financial Officer for TCA Health, Inc. and is an independent financial consultant for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). Mr. Gills provides a wide range of strategic financial services to FQHCs including developing business plans, creating turnaround models and preparing financial components for grants, e.g., Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), state, and private foundations.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Gills was a tenured professor at the Chicago City Colleges and was a partner at the public accounting firm Washington, Pittman, and McKeever. Mr. Gills received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
