Susan joins MRAIA with more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector working at organizations that addressed the needs of multiple populations and service areas including  healthcare, mental health, homelessness, education and learning, and youth development.

 

Throughout her career, she has worked to drive organizational growth and provide operational efficiencies. She has a history of building productive partnerships and delivering meaningful results.  She is passionate about working in the intersection of community-based services and health outcomes and is eager to provide informatics solutions to new and existing partners.

 

Susan has an M.A. in Psychology from New York University, and a B.A. in Psychology from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.  

 

She calls Chicago her home where she has raised two children and has lived for over 20 years.
