HepCCATT (Hepatitis C Community Alliance to Test and Treat) is a public health collaboration among the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), University of Chicago, ECHO Chicago, University of Illinois at Chicago Community Outreach Intervention Projects (CoIP), Illinois Department of Public Health, Chicago Department of Public Health, Alliance Chicago, Walgreens, CVS, American Liver Foundation, and MRAIA. Funded by CDC, HepCCATT aims to reduce hepatitis C infections for the populations most at risk.
MRAIA developed and maintained a city-wide informatics registry for Hepatitis C data using electronic health records, pharmacy, and state surveillance data sources to conduct surveillance and monitor population-level changes in HCV testing, treatment, and cure.
