The Flexible Housing Pool is a partnership between Cook County Health, the City of Chicago, the Chicago Housing Authority and the Housing Authority of Cook County.  The goal is to rapidly connect vulnerable homeless individuals with housing and supportive services.

MRAIA serves as a neutral data broker, and uses Linkja, an open-source (Privacy Preserving Record Linkage) software application (https://linkja.github.io/) to match and aggregate data from Cook County Health, Cook County Medical Examiner, and the local HMIS agencies (All Chicago and Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County).
