MRAIA was founded to serve the immediate and growing demand for health information technology solutions. As healthcare providers increasingly adopt electronic medical records, there is the need to realize the potential of these systems. Our personnel have extensive expertise and know-how in extracting data from electronic medical record systems, transforming data to different formats, mapping data to Federally-endorsed data standards, integration of electronic health record data with public health systems, and applying business rules for reporting performance measures.
We strive to serve healthcare facilities and public health agencies through secure data aggregation, data transformation, and transmission. To further these goals, we use interface software Medical Research Analytics and Informatics Alliance (MRAIA) software--the Public Health Data Reporter 2.0.1. We provide interface and transformation engines certified for Stage 1 and Stage 2 (December 27, 2013) meaningful use requirements. We support reporting to public health agencies for immunization history, syndromic surveillance, and electronic laboratory reporting.
In addition, we provide data hosting and call center functionality for research and quality improvement activities. Our services include database encryption with authorized role-based decryption for individual users, and use of Direct email and text messaging to alert researchers or inform participants.
